Here at COS we are recruiting a Floor Manager to lead the team in a new store in Dongtan

You are responsible for the performance of a department within your store, and in chare of leading a team of Sales Advisors to run the department in the most effective way. Reporting directly to the Store manager and collaborating across the Store team and Area team.

About the role…

Although every day will be different, some of the things that you will do regularly include;

•Secure excellent direct customer experience in your department, establish a welcoming atmosphere with proactive and genuine interactions, and provide information to drive our customer’s purchase decisions.

•Secure excellent indirect customer service, through accurate replenishment routines, whilst implementing visual guidelines

•Lead and grow your sales team to grow the business, guiding through the whole employee life cycle

•Collaborate with the Store management team to secure excellent shopping experience, through cooperation and strong communication

•Co-create with the Store manager and the Visual to increase performance and maximise profit based on the business needs, as well as contribute to the local sales strategy

•Monitor all variable costs and work with the Store manager to avoid stock loss

•Generate the weekly schedules of the Store team, and support with planning of turnover and hours short-and long-term, to secure an efficient workflow

•Act as a customer service role model

•Provide constructive feedback to the Sales and Management team and be open minded to different ways of working.

About you...

To work as a Floor manager, you should have previous management/leadership experience plus the qualities below.

·Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team

·Good English language skills and Excellent Korean skill. 

·Customer focused

·Self-motivated & Positive & Adaptable

·A genuine interest in others

·Excellent planning and organisational skills

·Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

·Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion, retail

·Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
