Area Visual Merchandiser Manager

If so, this could be the role for you. To ensure our stores have a high standard of visual merchandising, we are recruiting an area visual manager that can oversee all our stores in Korea and Japan

Reporting to the Area manager and Regional visual merchandiser and you are responsible for planning all major visual activities within the area and leading our in-store visual merchandisers in implementing COS visual and display guidelines as well as guiding a team of Store Visuals.​

Job Description

What you will do:

 

•Secure an impactful store experience and a clear customer journey throughout stores in your area

•Secure all stores follow the sale strategies and campaigns to maximise selling, and ensure a ‘360 customer experience throughout the store presentation​

•Oversee that all VM standards in stores are of a high standard (window displays, instore styling, space management, garment presentation & care and suchlike)​

•Collaborate with all functions in the Area Team, contribute to an efficient and informative workflow, and support with leading the area towards the set long- and short-term goals​

•Lead and grow your Area- and Store-Teams together with the Area Manager to grow the business, while guiding through Visual related aspects and working with talent management to secure succession planning​

•Partner with the store teams to ensure that all stores offer an inspirational yet commercial customer experience in order to maximise selling​

•Develop a VM strategy for your area, and create analyses and summaries to inform relevant stakeholders​

Qualifications

We are looking for:

•At least 1 years’ experience working as a store visual manager or area team member/function manager with visual responsibilities

•Strong have customer-oriented mindset

•Excellent English communication skills verbal & written

•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

•Proven organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities

•Sales driven and result oriented

•Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
