Job Description

As Store Operations Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Building the Beauty operational platform that contributes to a customer centric experience including guidelines, way of working and trainings to support the Beauty commercial focuses in store 
  • Independently driving large and small scale cross functional projects
  • Ensuring store operational contribution in planning and implementation of cross collaborative projects
  • Empowering our teams by securing that we have the right trainings, guidelines supporting our employees in our regions and sales markets   
  • Collaborating both internally and with our external brands to give Beauty the best possible conditions to drive the customer experience forward 

Qualifications

What we are looking for in the Store Operations manager: 

  • 3-5 years of experience within store operations and setting the global or market/region guidelines/way of working
  • Strong project leadership skills, stakeholder management and experience from leading cross functional operational projects
  • Experience of working with Beauty products category (not a requirement but a plus) 
  • Strong commercial mindset and customer centric approach 
  • Confidence in leading people and strong communication skills, the ability to engage a team and make things happen through others 
  • Self-motivated team player who likes to take on challenges 
  • Interest in working strategically with developing our business as well as working hands on operations 
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Open for travelling, minimum 4 days per month  

Additional Information

This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. You’ll be located at the H&M Beauty Head Office, Jakobsbergsgatan in central Stockholm.
