Job Description

We are now searching for a student/part-time colleague for our HR Department at H&M Support Office in Sweden. 

The Human Resource Department (HR) is a strategic partner to our business. We set standards for recruitment, implement training, and support the development and growth of our entire organization. All to ensure we have the right people with the right skills in the right positions – and at the right time.

In the HR department, we always work to ensure that our internal and external communication stays clear, relevant, and consistent. We plan, coordinate, and support the company with various communication issues.

As a Translation and HR Support, your most important tasks are to:

  • Translate and prepare materials for internal channels, such as Sales For You, training material, and/or other internal communication within the HR field
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks 
  • Contribute to a positive atmosphere and results

Qualifications

In addition to being passionate about H&M, we expect that you:

  • Are currently studying, Communication, Linguistic or HR
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Have a passion for communication and strong attention to details
  • Are confident in producing and translating content with short deadlines

Additional Information

The position is a part-time position based in our Support Office in Stockholm, but we are also open to remote working. Working hours will be depending on need and in agreement with the closest manager. The preferred start date is August 2022.
