This role will report into the Area Manage and is offered on a full-time permanent contract.

As the Omni Controller, you secure the best possible customer experience throughout in store & Online, while delivering expected profitability.​ In this role, you achieve this by setting and analysing financial goals, as well as planning and forecasting sales figures and investments ROI. You follow up and control, as well as act as a partner to the Area Manager and E-Com Manager to secure the long-term success of COS in Australia and New Zealand.​

Job Description

  • Maximise profit level for the market by identifying opportunities and synergies across stores and Online channels
  • Follow up on financial, operational, and commercial results and targets, as well as seek opportunities for sales increases and improved efficiency​
  • Responsible for transforming the region's strategy for the market, as well as creating a budget and financial plan​
  • Collaborate with all functions in the market, contribute to an efficient—and informative- workflow, and support with leading the market towards the set long--and short--term goals​
  • Develop the Stores' and Online budget, determining KPIs according to the region's strategy​
  • Create reports of sales figures on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly level to follow up on the business development and advise actions​
  • Lead and grow your Area and E-Com Team together with the Area Manager & E-Com Manager, guiding on controlling related aspects and working with talent management to secure succession planning​
  • Responsible for financial analyses, reporting and follow-ups to identify current gaps and future potential
  • Partner with the Store Teams to ensure they follow planning routines in order to maximise profit by meeting budgeted KPIs​
  • Collaborate with merchandising team to drive commercial plans that supports both channels and minimize reductions for the total market
  • Optimize the digital marketing investments to drive traffic, and strong ROAS, ROI across online channel, together with Digital Marketing team
  • Co-create the HR budget with the Area HR, optimising staff--and contract--levels and following up HR costs, like salary or recruitment expenditures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data driven or analytical role in fashion retail or ecommerce industry
  • A genuine interest in the fashion industry & the COS brand
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel
  • Result driven with excellent business sense
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills as well as strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Experience working with different functions and teams to support business growth
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
