직무 설명

Optimize the customer offer in the online store to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize sales and profitability

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Commerciality
•Perform sales, web and search analysis to understand customer behavior and act upon the insights to drive conversion and sales
•Set goals, drive commercial focus including newsletter content and follow up on execution
•Set and drive the sale strategy, align promotions in both channels and execute sale at lowest cost possible.
•Drive conversion on site based on selling, customer behavior and traffic
•Secure stock freshness through planning of sales, promotions and giving input on moves.
•Know the market through continuous analysis of competitors and their customer offer.

Visual presentation
•Create inspiring and updated destinations in the online store that is aligned with the overall strategy from Brand & Communication department
•Secure that products are presented at the right time in the right context with clear material to maximize selling
•Maintain and update department page and categories with relevant content based on what is selling now and focus in newsletter
•Secure product enrichment process on daily basis and communicate with relevant departments  to make sure all products are enriched on time with right information
•Conduct global site monitoring to check new product images & campaign images to apply them to local sites

Leadership
•Take a leading role in a cross functional context to drive sales (store/brand/buying/logistics, customer service), partnering and building relationships
•Developing ways of working by using the best methods from merchandising to constantly improve our business.

자격 요건

•Great analytical skills

•Preferable previous online merchandising experience (2~4yrs)

•Genuine interest in e-commerce

•Good English skills

•Good excel skills

•Used to working in a digital environment using supporting systems. Preferable experience of one or several of hybris PCM/HMC, Adobe Experience Management, Apptus eSales, Google Analytics
