Job Description

As a group manager for People Experience you will lead a team of HR Generalists and as one team you ensure strong and efficient HR deliveries towards the Business Tech organization. You and your team deliver management support in various HR areas such as employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development and labour law.

In your role as group manager you will also have a functional responsibility for People Experience Partners in our HUB:s and Tech locations.

We are on a journey together to accelerate the tech transformation and further integrate tech in the whole company. There is not one clear path, and you will play an important role in creating our evolved organization. Furthermore, you will: 

  • Work with performance management and salary review and other staff related activities for your employees.
  • Ensure relevant staffing within the People Experience team globally.
  • Be part of driving the overall operational Business Tech HR Delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with other H&M Group HR colleagues as well as HR colleagues within Business Tech.
  • Be involved in employee relations and union activities.

We believe you have:  

  • Senior and broad experience (+8 years) within employee relations, learning and development, health and safety, organisational development and HR Partnering.
  • Experience from working in a large global organization. Experience from tech is meritorious.
  • Previous formal and/or informal leadership experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset – you focus on the big picture of the organization and approaches problem solving analytically.
  • Ability to build a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety and trust.
  • Ability to effectively partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively lead change.
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish labour law.
