Job Description

We are looking for an Art Buyer to our Content Studio Team at Weekday!

In the role as Art Buyer, you will collaborate and work closely with different stakeholders and team members within the Content Studio, to source creative talents, according to need, that are appropriate for the execution of photo shoots and creative concepts to achieve company goals and strategies. You will effectively handle initial contracts, negotiate rates and rights, generate internal estimates, purchase orders, and administrate all related paperwork.

Your role also includes:

  • Coordinate pre-production planning and handle model/talent castings
  • Be part of Creative workshops and secure the brand direction
  • Monitor budget utilization to ensure probability
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
  • Budget responsibility

Qualifications

You are flexible, solution-oriented, structured, and communicative. In addition, you are a people’s persona that can build long-term relationships and can establish a wide network of contacts with agents and creatives within the fashion industry.

In addition, you have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role with casting and/or art buying
  • You have a real interest in fashion and trends
  • Great negotiation skills and experience of contract work
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of working in the Microsoft Office Packages
  • Previous experience from budget responsibility is meritorious
  • Experience from working in an agency and/or photo studio is a plus

This is a full-time temporary position starting as soon as possible, based at Weekday’s Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
