Job Description

In the Circular Business Models team, we drive the change to an even more sustainable fashion future by scaling H&M’s Circular Business offer. We work with business models such as Rental, Re-commerce and Repair services. We are currently building a team that will drive the acceleration of these services to meet more H&M customers.

As Project Manager within this team, you will contribute to driving and strengthening some of the circular services in collaboration with the team and stakeholders. You will manage and support key aspects of the services, identify opportunities for improvement and set a plan for executing on these.

You will work closely with the Project lead, Planner and Business controller within the team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting key aspects of the Rental and Repair services from start to finish, to ensure it is completed on time and within budget
  • Being the global contact person for our markets that have Rental and Repair services in store and support their operational needs
  • Lead changes that are driven by the Circular Business team on offering, price, product etc. and support changes that are led by the markets
  • Collaborate with the business controller and the markets on follow-up to secure we have the best offer for our local customer
  • Contribute to the development of applications and system support for the circular services
  • Play a key part in our expansion of these services by setting implementation plans
  • Designing, communicating and implementing an operational plan for completing the project and monitor progress against this plan
  • Setting priorities, allocating tasks and coordinating project staff to meet project targets and milestones
  • Ensure professional and sufficient stakeholder management in a proactive manner. Manage dependencies & enablers connected to the project. 

Qualifications

As a Project Manager in this team, you like to take on challenges and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and constantly changing environment. You have a curious mindset and are constantly looking for possibilities to develop new and more efficient ways of working. You enjoy working strategically with developing our business as well as working hands on ensuring a strong delivery of set plans.

  • A degree in business, engineering or equivalent area
  • Ability to prioritize based on business needs and keep it simple
  • Experience from leading people or assignments in a changing environment
  • See possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions
  • Are a team player with a flexible attitude 
  • Great communication skills and strong relationship builder
  • Are driven, structured and take initiatives, strong in execution
  • Experience within retail is meritorious and so is project management experience
  • Experience as a leader, formal or strong informal leader  
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally

Additional Information

This is a fulltime assignment based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will report to the General Manager of Circular Business.
