Are you a creative passionate fashion forward Junior Designer with experience from women’s design? Then this might be the role for you!

Our Women’s Casual Design department is looking for an experienced Junior Designer, who will be responsible for assisting the Product Designer and working together with our global team. Staying on top of the fashion trends is the air you breath and you will create commercial designs according to our goals for our customer profile. Together with the team you create the most attractive woven blouses and dresses for our target group. The role involves technical flat sketching, preparing meeting material, assist with fittings and adjustments as well as detail follow up with production. You will be involved in developing our collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets and omni channels. It is a great team to develop with and further hone your designing skills!

We are looking for you who have:

• A Ba/Ma degree in Fashion, Textile or Product Design
• 1-2 years work experience within Women’s Design
• High design process skills with great eye for shape, silhouette, textile materials, trims and details
• Strong and fast skills in Adobe Suite programs
• 3D design knowledge is highly meriting
• A great feel/intuition for women’s global fashion trends
• A creative, visionary yet commercial salesmanship mindset
• Strong communication skills and used to and enjoy working in teams
• You are a problem solver who see simple solutions and innovative future possibilities
• Thrive in a fast-paced and everchanging work environment
• A strong self drive and can take own initiatives
• Fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)

This is a one-year temporary position based in Stockholm, to preferably start as soon as possible and you will report to the dept Section Head.
