Job Description

Are you passionate about bringing people and business together in a fast moving and dynamic environment? Do you have proven experience of creating and implementing strategic plans and follow-ups within HR processes? Then this might be the role for you!

Together with the HR team in Group Expansion you will contribute to business growth and be part of setting the HR strategy according to the business needs.

As HR Business Partner you will actively contribute by working closely in partnership with our business leaders. You have a good ability to understand business and people strategy implementation, a broad generalist knowledge within the HR field and preferably a deeper knowledge and understanding within Learning and Development. As a sr HR Business partner you should also have an ability to work with multiple focuses which could be related to people processes, organization efficiency, program management, people analytics and other.

You will be expected to work both strategically and operationally, to ensure that our HR strategies are executed in the most effective and efficient way. 

You have great leadership skills, believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.​

Responsibilities:

  • Work actively in partnership with the functional management team adding value to business by securing HR strategy and translate business needs in HR solutions and actions and independently provide expert HR advice & coaching
  • Understand the HR strategy and how to translate it into daily support of the business
  • Creating and driving the strategy around our Learning and Development Framework in connection with our competence development iniatives
  • Engage and educate employees and managers around HR policies, programs and frameworks
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improving people processes, programs and frameworks
  • Manage & deliver HR solutions in collaboration with cross functional teams in order to create a strong employee journey
  • Drive and deliver people data and analytics
  • Operationally support the business with HR administration
  • Enable business goals with a strong HR strategy
  • Driving and supporting change on both a team and organizational level.
  • Taking part in and leading different HR projects at H&M Group according to HR goals and our HR processes.
  • Responsibility for employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations.

What’s your background?

  • have a university degree within Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other equivalent and approx.
  • 8 years’ experience of working within the area of Human Resources – with at least 2 as an HR Business Partner.
  • have proven experience of creating and implementing plans and follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions.
  • have experience in managing project and/ or learning and development programs.
  • have change management skills and experience of identifying and managing need for business change in a fast-paced environment.
  • you are able to communicate in a clear way and have very good verbal communication skills in English.
  • you are proficient in working with large data sets.
