Are you looking for a new opportunity with excellent prospects for future development? Here at COS we are looking for an Assistant eCommerce Manager to join our North America team based in New York. This role will report directly to the COS E-Commerce Manager.

Responsible for assisting the E-Commerce Department in driving e-commerce sales and the development of ongoing trading and promotional strategy, as well as establishing a customer journey that leads to profitable e-commerce selling towards the set targets and merchandise goals.

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Oversee the layout, visual look, and overall content of the website according to the COS brand ID and visual guidelines
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan ecommerce trading calendar, lead the delivery, reporting of all on-site promotions and content activity
  • Coordinate development and execution of evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion
  • Work cross functionally to establish a customer journey that drives profitable e-commerce selling towards the set targets and merchandise goals
  • Support the e-commerce visual merchandisers by delivering briefs that outline customer experience expectations set by COS global teams
  • Continually sync with digital marketing channel representatives to secure customer journey relevance from customer-facing channels to site
  • Coordinate with digital content teams to secure timely delivery of assets, copy and translations, adhering to deadlines at all times
  • Manage and report daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing the E-Commerce Manager detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing actions plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
  • Analyze and test all customer journeys and content to ensure information is accurate, accessible and user-friendly
  • Lead the E-Commerce Visual Merchandisers and Website Publisher to execute VM strategy by taking global collection and content strategies and translating them into customer experience on site
  • Use website analytics for feedback on E-Commerce performance including sales, availability, conversion, average order/transaction value

Qualifications

About you?

  • Strong commercial awareness – balance between commerciality and inspiration.
  • Technical understanding of e-commerce web platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to achieve results working both strategically and operationally
  • Visual Merchandising experience with focus on high-end fashion presentation. Team player and adaptable
  • Ability to train and develop the skills of Visual Merchandisers in relation of the visual aspects in the website.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
