We are now looking for a Display Specialist to join our European regional team based in London. This role will report into EU Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with Paid Search Specialist and is offered on a full-time permanent contract.

Job Description

•Plan the activity in alignment with marketing content calendar and campaign performance to maximise Discovery, Pmax, Smart Shopping, Display and YT channels, staying on top of trends when it comes to categories to push depending on the time of the year and business objectives.

•Brief channel relevant creatives with content and artworking departments on assets required and manage the workflow to maintain timely execution.

•Implementation and optimization of Programmatic and You Tube advertising campaigns in DV360

•Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met; Follow-up and monitoring based on given KPIs

•Scheduling, testing and launching programmatic campaigns with follow up reporting outlining clear actions and recommendations for the channel; Provide inventory forecasts, optimization suggestions and regular campaign reporting

•Oversee the coordination of various creative assets and copy across the channels, following best practices and audience funnels.

•Update planning calendars proactively to keep the business updated on Upper Funnel content and focuses activating for key awareness moments

•Be an expert in influencing creative direction of the ads to best convey the Brand ID; Become an Upper Funnel Ambassador creating best practice documents and guidelines for Digital Design Teams working with close collaboration with Google and organising workshops

•Responsible for campaigns budget planning for the channels in close collaboration with rest of DM Team and hygiene checks to keep the activity pacing correctly and cost-efficiently.

Qualifications

•Previous experience working in a digital marketing role with a focus on Display and YT.

•Experience coordinating the supply of digital marketing assets and copy for a variety of channels.

•Hands on experience in implementation and building of campaigns in DV360.

•Experience using Google Analytics to analyse performance and drive conversion and revenue.

•Excellent organizational and analytical skills; Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively

•Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders; ability to influence the direction of the channels

•Intermediate to advance in Microsoft Office Programs.
