Here at COS we are recruiting a Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead our visual team in our Stockholm store. 

This role will report to our Store Manager and will regularly collaborate with our Area Visual Merchandiser.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our flagship store in Biblioteksgatan.

About the role… 
Although every day will be different, some of the things that you will do regularly include: 

•       Securing excellent direct customer experience, by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products and styling across the Store Team
•       Contribute to the Store- and Floor Managers' sales strategy, to increase performance and maximize profit based on the business needs
•       Communicate with the Area Visual and provides visual feedback to the area team on a regular basis
•       Train colleagues to understand the COS collection and spread the story of key products and inspiration background
•       Oversee the planning and realizing of the store experience, placing the collection according to the planning pack
•       Implement all visual merchandising activities including window displays, mannequin styling and garment presentation according to the business needs
•       Analyze weekly sales figures and service results, taking appropriate actions to maximize sales performance
•       Act as a customer service role model

To work as a visual merchandiser Manager, you should have some previous experience plus the qualities below. 

•    Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser based in store

•    Prefer previous experience in a leadership role able to lead, develop and inspire the team

•    Able to communicate goals, information and expectation in a clear and convincing manner

•    Excellent planning and organizational skills

•    Business minded with strong commercial mindset 

•    Adaptable and able to work a flexible schedule
