Here at COS we are recruiting an Assistant Concession Manager to join our amazing team at our concession in Galway.

Job Description

What you do...

The Assistant Concession Manager is responsible for the sales performance, customer service and overall profitability of one of our concessions. Leading a Visual Merchandiser and a small team of Sales Advisors, they support the Concession Manager for planning all operational and sales related activity.

Qualifications

About you…

▪ 1 years’ experience working as a floor/department manager or assistant floor manager.

▪ Excellent English language skills, both verbal & written.

▪ Excellent customer service skills.

▪ Sales driven and results-oriented.

▪ Excellent analytical abilities

▪ Ability to multi-task, determine key priorities and delegate.

▪ Excellent organisation and planning skills.

▪ Ability to provide strong leadership and guidance and act as a role model for the H&M/ COS shared values.
