AI Foundation is the team within the area AI, Analytics and Data that focuses on developing Machine Learning solutions to support and/or improve different H&M group processes that range from Supply Chain and Production (Quantification, Allocation and Pricing models are some examples) to Customer areas (recommendation engines, etc.). 

The AI Community team is responsible for creating awareness and interest in AI internally to help develop a data-driven culture and externally to attract talent and raise H&M’s profile while continuing to educate and upskill the organization at all levels.

We are looking for an experienced tech writer with strong AI knowledge who will be responsible for writing and maintaining user focused documentation (tutorials, how-to guides, storyboards for video production, and sample code). This person will also design and develop projects showing how to use our platforms. You will also partner with the AI Learning & Development manager on platform training initiatives.

Thanks to your strong communication skills, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand and document new features and translate complex technical concepts and components into accurate and impactful visual aids for all types of users and experience levels within AI.

Required skills/qualifications: 

• 3+ years of relevant work experience   
• A bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related field
   
• Strong AI knowledge and work experience
• Experience transforming raw content from technical contributors into clear and easily readable materials 
• Technical knowledge in machine learning, statistical analysis, advanced analytics or related area
   
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation that explain technical concepts and procedures related to key areas of data analysis, machine learning, computer science or related area
• Able to develop and document practical examples that showcase software functionalities for the purpose of helping users solve real-world problems
• Excellent collaboration skills with highly technical teams and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders

“Nice to have” skills/qualifications: 

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies 

Required language skills: 

• Fluent written & verbal English
