Job description 
Within the External Products program, we are striving to enable new business models for H&M Group, connecting our digital platforms with selected retail Partners to improve our customer offering. Within the team Partner Connectivity via DC we focus on the wholesale process and the technical capabilities necessary to do business with our Partners. To make it possible we collaborate with 3rd party solutions for data transactions and integrations. As a Solution Architect in this team, we need you with a strong technical background and a desire to understand a complex technical landscape that needs to scale and expand in a rapid pace.   

Responsibilities
In your daily work, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the best architecture and processes in place for our wholesale business model. You will be required to work close to the solutions in order to find improvement areas and drive the needed change in our Partner facing interfaces. You will take lead and ownership from an architectural perspective and outline the technical roadmap including the capabilities required in the future. To be successful, you must collaborate and communicate with multiple teams and various stakeholders, both internal and external and make sure all are aligned in different tasks and goals. Additionally, you will: 

  • Drive technical investigations across systems, products, and domains  
  • Translate requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solutions 
  • Learn SAP and integration patterns if it is not already within your competence  
  • Assist, review, and if needed re-design the integrations 
  • Facilitate incident closure, root cause analysis, and drive constant solution improvements 
  • Documentation of solution and integration patterns 
  • Drive discussion on long term strategic technical vision for the wholesale business model 

Who you are 
We believe you are a quick learner of complex interactions between several systems, both internal and external. You are a natural leader and like the challenge of convincing surrounding teams to agree on enhancements. You would describe yourself as ambitious and able to handle many initiatives at the same time. Furthermore, you have: 

  • A technical post-secondary education in Engineering or Computer Science 
  • Strong technical architectural skills and knowledge about information architecture 
  • Conceptual experience with: EDI (EDIFact, ANSI, X12, AS2), IDOCs (SAP message format), API/web-services and Events. 
  • Tools experience: Azure Logic Apps, SAP Integration suite or similar tools 
  • A background in developing integration solutions towards 3rd parties 
  • Structure and a pedagogical mindset to share complex challenges in a clear way 
  • Ability to understand and connect with people to encourage new solutions and behaviors

Additional information 
The position is full-time with placement in Stockholm (Marievik) when it’s possible to work from the office.
