Job Description

As a Division Designer Assistant your role will be highly focused on the administrational & coordinating side rather than designing. You will work in a close collaboration with the Division Designers at our Boys & Girls department to support them in daily tasks that include:  

  • Preparing for Design related presentations
  • Organizing future design archive & helping with creative areas
  • Setting up a general process/folders that make it easy for everyone to access cross the division for all relevant design and trend information
  • Project management support
  • Being the gate keeper for sharing our visual goals, folders, and other information to other divisions & functions
  • Working on communication & administration around campaigns, collaborations & cross division projects
  • Taking part in key meetings for information tracking/follow-up

Can also include following tasks:

  • Doing research to enable in depth research for relevant areas such as catwalk, social media, you tube and gaming

Qualifications

We believe you are a fantastic communicator, service minded and flexible! You come from a creative background with the ability to see where and when you are needed while being able to navigate and prioritize your tasks in relation to this. Able to manage change and those things happening outside the “set frame and plan”.  You are solution oriented and dare to try! You come with recommendations to what you think is the answer before asking someone else.

In addition to this we are also looking for:

Professional experience

  • A minimum of a BA qualification in a creative industry such as Fashion/Textiles/Interior/product design etc
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs & PowerPoint
  • 3D CLO work experience an advantage

Personal Skills

  • Structured person with good knowledge of administration, coordinating and organizing
  • A visionary & commercial  mindset staying updated on current and future trends
  • Strong communication skills and flexible approach
  • A team player who brings diverse and global perspectives
  • Likes a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment with parallel tasks in an organized, structured manner
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary)

Additional Information

This position will report into Division Head and will be positioned in Stockholm, Sweden.
