Job Description

We are now looking for a Global Store Merchandiser to join H&M Beauty. As a Global Store Merchandiser, you share the responsibility of reaching the sales and profit goals by creating a strong customer centrix commercial plan. You work in close collaboration with other functions within the brand team as well as the regions and local markets.

Your key responsibilities:  

  • Create the best customer offer by developing and driving a customer centrix commercial plan for Beauty 
  • Influence the buying process by sharing knowledge of the customer group and regional input to the assortment team. 
  • Drive stock freshness by setting the strategy and follow up for both allocation and reduction 
  • Follow up on sales and commercial plan and communicate it, act on global level and challenge and support regional teams 
  • Keeping a close communication and collaboration with all parts of the organization that influences Beautys selling, eg Regions and Sales Markets 
  • Take active part in developing tools and cross functional ways of working together

Qualifications

We are looking for a person who:  

  • Has a relevant academic degree  
  • Has 3-5 years of working experience within Merchandising  
  • Preferably has experience working on a global level and/or with the beauty customer
  • You are analytical and great at transforming analysis into action and have the ability to prioritize your work and to multitask. 
  • Has strong commercial awareness  
  • You feel confident leading people and have strong communication skills, you have the ability to engage a team. 
  • You are a self-motivated team player and like to take on challenges 
  • You enjoy working strategically with developing our business as well as working hands on analyzing numbers. 
  • Is fluent in English both verbal and written and has the possibility to travel, minimum four days per month

Additional Information

The assignment is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. You’ll be located at the H&M Beauty head office, Jakobsbergsgatan in central of Stockholm.
