    Job Description

    As a Pattern Maker you will work closely with the design and product team to create high quality garments. You will be responsible for creating best fit, size and silhouettes for our target customer and work actively with production to find efficient and sustainable solutions.  

    Main tasks and responsibilities:  

    • Create the best products & fits for our target customer in line with visual goals for our customer 
    • Drive a clear & relevant size, fit & silhouette strategy for the target customer​ 
    • Responsible to coordinate the fitting process​ 
    • Drive the product development in a responsible way from start to end in close collaboration with production & the product team​ 
    • Identify, strategically evaluate & act on how material will affect fits & silhouette 
    • Constantly follow, identify & react on assortment opportunities and risks, based on selling, customer insights/feedback & surrounding analysis in close cooperation with the product team 

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role we believe that you are driven and you take own initiative. You are structured and organized. You love to solve problems in a creative and business oriented way. Additional qualifications: 

    • Minimum 3 years' experience as Pattern Maker 
    • Skilled in 3D CLO and Lectra Expert 
    • A strong sense of commerciality & fashion relevance 
    • Collaborative with a flexible & agile mindset 
    • Previous experience with woven and jersey 
    • Team player and problem solver

    This is a full-time permanent position with placement in Stockholm.
