A team comprised of different competences from visual, merchandising and store operations working together to implement a locally relevant seamless customer experience and making it possible for us to create a truly customer focused omni organization. 

Job Description

On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Merchandise Analyst South America you will be a key player in making this happen in Chile,Perú & Uruguay. Together with your function you will work towards maximizing selling potential while driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. 

As Merchandise Analyst you will:

  • Provide analytical and technical support for your Merchandise Manager and together you drive profitable growth of your concepts.
  • Help Merchandise Manager with administrative work and mak sure system is up to date.
  • Support Merchandise Managers to drive merchandising strategies across whole market.

Besides your personality we see that:

  • 1+ years of experience in Retail
  • Understanding garment flow complexity
  • Up to date with store operation knowledge
  • Omni retail understanding
  • Overall assortment knowledge
  • Strong data management skills analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A strong understanding of the consumer we serve
  • Proactive and able to drive initiatives/ideas into tangible sales results
  • You must be fluent in English and preferably speak Spanish (Spanish is a plus, not mandatory)
