Our Retail Distribution Center in Eskilstuna is on an exciting expansion journey! The DC today consists of approximately 400 ambitious, committed and motivated H&M colleagues who share our values and take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our retail customers across Sweden, Norway and Iceland.

We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team in Eskilstuna. Do you have a genuine interest in providing service and working with administration? Do you have excellent coordination and people skills? If so, then you might be the person we are looking for!

As a Receptionist at DC in Eskilstuna you are a part of HR team and you will support with all HR administrative routines following the regional and local strategies, policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • provide high level of friendly and professional service to visitors and employees at all times
  • responsible for securing strong administrative routines within the DC including all signing in and signing out the DC
  • maintain a high level of housekeeping and organisation in the reception area
  • answer calls and emails
  • keep track of trucks entering and exiting the DC area 
  • support HR with general administration and internal communication postings
  • assist and support the implementation of special HR/DC initiatives, projects and programs
  • coordinate and support visits including arranging DC tours, catering and transport services

•    Have experience from working in a Customer Service position and/or HR administration

Are you ready to take on the challenge?
This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. Collective agreement with Unionen. You will need to be able to work a flexible work schedule. That means that you will work every other week mornings from 05.30 and every other week evenings until 20.00.


The location is based in Eskilstuna and is part of the Logistic Region North Europe. As Receptionist, you are a part of the HR team and report directly to the DC HR Manager. Start date 1 May 2022 or by agreement.
