H&M Studios belongs to the H&M Brand Development department and here we produce all Lookbook and Still Life images for hm.com. We also produce images for H&M’s social media channels and are involved in campaign productions. We aim to create inspirational, exciting and inviting content for all our channels. Job Description

Photo & Retouch specialists is a new role created to ensure development and best practice within the areas at H&M Studio in Frihamnen. In this role, you will drive understanding and optimize internal communication as well as you will oversee our workflow and drive improvements and projects within the area. You will serve as an expert within the field of photography and retouch in various projects and will be the expertise within studio lighting. Also, you will work close with all the teams in the studio by supporting them with your knowledge in retouch, photography, equipment, and lighting. In this role, you will also be responsible for securing output and communication with suppliers of photography and retouch, and you will manage and drive projects.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe that you are passionate about photography and retouch. With an open and curious mindset, you are always looking for possibilities to learn and improve things. You are used to being responsible and drive projects on your own and you also value having responsibility. H&M Studios produces several thousand images per week, thriving in a fast-paced tempo will therefore be important. As a person you are also a problem solver, a doer that can get t tasks done effective and efficiently, and you are collaborative enjoying interaction with others.

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • Have an education and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the field of photography.
  • Have an education and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the field of retouch.
  • Great knowledge in Capture One, Photoshop and light equipment
  • You have experience of working in a fashion production
  • Have experience of working within e-commerce
  • Are well organized and able to prioritize and plan administrative tasks and expedite them smoothly
  • You have experience of driving projects
  • Strong communications skills in English, both writing and speaking

Additional Information

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting with a 6 months’ probation period. The starting date is as soon as possible, and the position is based in Frihamnen, Stockholm.
