Global Logistics Controlling & Analytics is part of the Supply Chain Department, which is supporting all Brands and business models within H&M Group. The Logistics Controlling team, is diversified with colleagues with different backgrounds working closely together to improve the business. As a team member you will also work in close cooperation with many departments within the H&M Group – across all levels of the company.

Job Description

As a Business Analyst you will be working as the Logistics functions backbone solving complex technical problems and holding together an end-to-end perspective of our operations through data. This is an opportunity to be pivotal in a transformation journey at one of the world’s leading fashion retailers and be intrinsic in enabling transparency in a demand driven supply chain. You will be a part of team including controllers and analysts where you have a leading role in a specific competence area. Our ideal candidate is an inquisitive, self-driven team player who has a keen interest in enabling value through data.

 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify, initiate and drive various data quality investigations and improvements
  • Daily data monitoring with the intent of spotting discrepancies or deviations. Follow up with root cause analysis to rectify deviations with counterparts from Business Tech
  • Develop data visualization reports and data models – primarily but not exclusive to PowerBI - that take H&M’s analytical capabilities to the next level
  • Perform comprehensive analysis to support ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Project manage cross functional & cross regional report development projects
  • Specify business requirements in a structured way and support in acceptance testing of new development areas
  • Be the voice of the Logistics function in a collaborative working relationship with Business Tech
  • Coach Logistics colleagues in developing data models and visualization reports
  • Ensure that data and reporting security is set up according to organizational structure and legal requirements
  • ·Stay updated on data management and visualisation trends and developments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we see that you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience within roles as Power BI developer, Business Intelligence Specialist or similar roles
  • Strong drive or interest in Power BI and/or Power Apps for data modeling and data visualization
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze and put numbers in use for decision making
  • Ability to coach colleagues and lead indirectly to achieve required performance levels
  • Ability to communicate complex and large amounts of data through effective visualizations and dashboarding
  • Excellent command of MS Office pack
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills

Additional Information

This is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible and will be based, preferably, in Stockholm or close by a logistics facility within Europe with willingness to travel to Stockholm.
