Global Merchandising today consists of approx. 30 employees and are made up of Customer Analytics Team, Global Supply Chain and Merchandising Solutions. 

Following the development of H&M towards customer centricity, Global Supply Chain team has grown rapidly over recent years. Now we are 13 individuals coming from 8 different countries sharing the same values and passion for Supply Chain and hence working as one strong team. We work with colleagues from headquarters in Stockholm and regional teams from all over the world to support and improve operations, maintain and develop tools, optimize omni garment flows and many more exciting areas within the supply chain.

Job Description

  • Act as a data and business person in the team and towards our stakeholders
  • Contribute with data extraction, visualization, creating and developing tools as well as best practices
  • In a continuous way secure access to relevant KPIs for key global and regional stakeholders
  • Roll out, support & follow up of our AI allocation engine
  • Cooperate with our Business tech function to develop different allocation engine modules further
  • Provide information on-demand and establish self-service approach when needed 
  • Take part in cross-functional forums bringing data driven insights on the table 
  • Co-Lead and support our Store Consolidation stream
  • Support our team in an agile way of working
  • Provide operational support to regional and global colleagues 

Qualifications

  • You have worked with complex data and naturally use a data driven approach to solve business tasks 
  • Solid experience working with Excel & Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Since you will cooperate with colleagues from many different functions along with external consultants, good command of people skills is a must
  • Experience in SQL and VBA would be meriting, but not mandatory
  • Business Expertise in areas within Supply Chain, Merchandising, Buying and/or Expansion would be a strong plus 
  • Most likely you have a university degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or similar 
  • You are fluent in English, both oral and written

We are looking for two Global Supply Chain Analysts, one being a permanent position and the other a parental leave temp contract.
