Job Description

We’re looking for:

An E-commerce Responsible for our Russian market with a sales mind-set and great retail awareness to join our team in Moscow, Russia. You are organized, self-driven and enjoy taking ownership & responsibility. You always look for possibilities on how to contribute to maximizing sales, you are action-oriented and you know how to optimize our online store in order to create the best customer offer and secure the best in-class customer experience.

What you’ll do:

Drive selling

  • Maximize net sales and profitability for weekday.ru;
  • Perform sales analysis, follow up and set actions upon the insights to drive conversion and selling;
  • Own and drive commercial & activity calendar for the market;
  • Drive conversion on site based on customer behavior and traffic by using data analytics (e.g. Google and Yandex) and consider localized actions;
  • Give input and feedback to other functions such as Online Buying team and Brand and Marketing to secure strong product and presence tailored to the market needs;
  • Actively search for new growth opportunities and own their development and implementation (such as new selling channels, tools or systems).

Visual presentation

  • Presenting the most commercial and inspiring online store possible, creating campaigns and activities and securing product presentation, including ranking;
  • Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, and pricing are accurate and meet internal guidelines and deadlines, as well as are according to set commercial calendar;
  • Actively update navigation and department categories with relevant content based on selling and trending now.
  • Actively work with placement of products to secure the best presentation to maximize selling.

Digital development

  • Drive & own development agenda for weekday.com to secure growth in engagement, conversion and traffic.

Qualifications

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • Has genuine interest in e-commerce;
  • Has minimum 2-3 year of experience from working as a ecommerce responsible, merchandiser or similar role within sales, preferable within e-commerce and fashion retail;
  • Has the ability to analyze sales and stock figures, identify problems and provide easy solutions;
  • Has a strong commercial awareness with interest in product and fashion as well as an understanding of the visual impact on selling;
  • Is a natural team player with a prestige-less approach;
  • Is thriving in a fast-paced environment;
  • Has great communication skills;
  • Has experience from working in a digital environment using supporting systems, such as content management system;
  • Spoken and written language skills: native Russian and professional-level English.
