Treadler is a newly launched B2B initiative by the H&M Group where we offer access to H&M Group’s global supply chain as a service to external companies, enabling them to accelerate their sustainability agenda. Treadler's tech solutions are a central part in the services we offer to our clients.

Job Description

As the Tech Operations & Support Lead you are responsible for the Operations & Support area - for all of process, people, and tools. The key measure of your work is smooth and efficient operations, and happy clients. You work tightly with the rest of Treadler tech, to drive and ensure the DevOps model, as well as with Treadler business. We work with Scrum, in an autonomous and agile way, and we are using a variety of innovative technologies. The Tech team consists of product managers, solution architects, software engineers, QA lead, etc.

The role is about

  • Lead the Tech Operations team, but also be operationally involved in the team’s execution
  • Ensure successful business application support to our internal as well as external customers
  • Continuously challenge and develop the Operations and Support function – processes, ways of working, tools, technologies, skillsets, team setup etc
  • Manage the budget within Support and Operations, consciously drive cost efficiency
  • Lead and drive continuous improvements in our Tech Operations Architecture
  • Be a driver in improving and evolving our DevOps setup
  • Manage relations to external vendors and internal stakeholders

You will partner up with several stakeholders, within both Tech and Business teams, to achieve your targets of successful support and continuously improved operations.

We believe you have skills and experience from

  • IT operations - process, tools, and team
  • Working and collaborating with teams in offshore locations
  • Azure cloud technologies, services, and architecture - from analysis, setup and administration perspective. Familiar with Azure portal and core Azure services.
  • DevOps ways of working and Agile software development
  • Application security
  • Independently drive new cloud concepts - from analysis to recommendation to implementation

You might also have background within some of these areas

  • Startup environment
  • Consulting
  • Software development
  • Container technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Azure SDKs, Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, data storage options, data connections, APIs
  • App authentication and authorization, Azure Active Directory, Entitlement Management
  • Performance tuning, and monitoring

This is a full-time position located in Stockholm, Sweden.
