Job Description

We are on a journey, creating inspiring and fun shopping experiences for our customers in store and online. In the role you will own, lead, and drive the agenda within the area of e-com growth and e-commerce development for the brand. You have the customer close at heart and have a commercial mindset in all planning and decision making. The role is working together with several business functions in our internal eco-system - within Weekday but also outside. This role is collaborating closely with our Business tech team. Your responsibilities as our E-com Growth and Development Lead include:

  • Own and develop the full e-com development agenda for Weekday and be the key responsible driver towards business tech
  • Evaluate our development needs and priorities based on business case approach
  • Initiate, lead and drive projects from idea to finalized assignment, including taking full ownership for business performance
  • Lead the monitoring and analysis for all projects; identifying risks and opportunities, and continuously monitoring KPI’s and taking appropriate actions
  • Collaborate cross functionally and with external partners – initiate, drive, and follow up on projects and all its parts
  • Continuously research to keep yourself updated within your area of expertise and responsibility
  • Live the brand and values – be an ambassador

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you are solutions-focused and curious with the ability to quickly shift from strategy to execution, understanding business dependencies. You have a goal-oriented and collaborative approach and are passionate about finding new ways to drive results and have an impact.

  • Several years of working experience the field of retail, focusing on e-commerce and customer experience
  • Experience planning, setting and driving goals, making things happen
  • A proven track record of being a strategic and analytical thinker with a growth mindset and strong salesmanship
  • Experience in project methodology, structured and organized
  • Strong communication skills and experience creating stakeholder engagement
  • Strong commercial mindset with an interest in fashion retail
  • Open to change, flexible and enjoying an evolving environment
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

This is a permanent, full time position, based at Weekday’s Head Office in Stockholm Sweden. We apply a 6-month trial period.
