Job Description

The logistics specialist main responsibility is to ensure that we continuously improve and develop our supply chain both from a cost, lead-time, service and sustainability perspective. As Logistic Specialist you are responsible for analyzing and searching for improvements in all parts of the supply chain. You drive, support, and implement solutions that enhances the value and customer experience. This also means that the logistics specialist has an overview of the market, searching for solutions that can challenge the “old” way of working.

The Logistics Specialist is also responsible for securing that we can track and measure progress in all parts of the chain working collaboratively with different stakeholders both outside and within the company. 

Qualifications

In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following qualifications:

  • You have a master’s degree in international business, economy, logistics or similar.
  • You have several years of professional work-life experience.
  • You have the knowledge in all three parts of the supply chain management including, flow of goods, information flow and monetary flow and how they are linked.
  • You have high-level knowledge within warehouse operations and tendering.
  • You have high-level knowledge within the transportation area, understanding cost drivers, leg & lane and transportation networks.
  • You have the high-level ability to help and understand issues that might occur related to customs and custom clearance worldwide.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have the ability to see and develop process-oriented ways of working to enable efficient flows and measuring the outputs.

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm.
