As a SAP Cross Delivery lead within the SAP Release & Delivery Management product team you will get these opportunities, and you will also have a key role in enabling H&M Groups' growing. The team is enabling and strengthening the product teams in their SAP delivery, by providing excellent support in planning and coordination of complex deliveries cross several product areas or domains in order to enable smooth tech delivery for larger initiatives. It is a fun and significant role for implementation of complex cross cutting portfolio initiatives.

Responsibilities
You will be the main driver in the Business Tech delivery of complex cross cutting initiatives and your primary focus is to coordinate larger initiatives cross product teams. Driving these initiatives means analyzing and identifying opportunities together with the cross product teams, primarily our software engineers and Product Owners, and to execute on the top prioritized objectives. Furthermore, you will:

• Secure that the delivery done by the product teams are on time and that potential challenges are solved in an efficient manner
• Strengthen the Cross-Product Coordinator and securing successful business go live by managing cutover and migration
• Work in cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders
• Execute on the top prioritized initiatives, as well as drive and lead initiatives independently  

Who you are
We believe you are a driven and passionate doer with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical issues related. You are strong in planning, execution and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”. We also believe you have experience from driving large scale initiatives, projects or programs in enterprise organizations. You have a business and customer-oriented mindset with the motivation to constantly improve, achieve targets and drive agenda forward. To succeed you need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. You have an eagerness to learn H&Ms Sales, Logistics and Finance processes and technical solution. You are a natural leader with attention to detail, and you Like to work in a changing environment and driving multiple initiatives in parallel while being proactive. Furthermore, you:

• Have proven ability to align different areas and skill sets around a common goal and achieve successful overall delivery 
• Have deep knowledge in modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365
• Have the ability to identify and manage priorities and act accordingly
• Are business and IT savvy; can interact fruitfully with both business and IT stakeholders
• Work proactively
• Have project lead experience

It is also beneficial if you have:

• Experience of Retail & Logistics SAP
• Experience in Agile ways of working
• A bachelor’s degree
