Within the Release and Delivery Management product team we are aiming to enable and strengthen the product teams in their SAP delivery, by providing excellent support in planning and coordination of complex deliveries cross several product areas or domains in order to enable smooth tech delivery for larger initiatives. Within the product, we are focusing on deploys on the SAP platform, as well as rolling out our SAP solution globally. The needs and possibilities are many, but to give examples we are focusing on minimizing business downtime, evolving our deployment strategies, supporting cross cutting initiatives and coordination of larger initiatives cross product teams.

Responsibilities
As a Product Owner you will be responsible for strengthening and supporting the team with the competences needed to reach the product objectives. As a team you will be on an exciting journey, with a lot of new initiatives just around the corner where the team is the main drivers of the delivery of these cross-cutting initiatives. To do this, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping H&M at the heart of your focus. You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of your product. Working closely with the Product Area Manager and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives & key results that your product will drive towards. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies. Furthermore, you will:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered 
  • Set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs
  • Set a budget and follow up costs for product team 
  • Lead a team of Cross Delivery Coordinators and Software Engineers and help them to strengthen their work with a positive can-do attitude
  • Clearly communicate the product mission, OKRs, and backlogs across the organization
  • Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team
  • Engage, communicate and collaborate with product specific stakeholders within the H&M Group
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of SAP release management and how this can continuously evolve in order to move closer to business tech vision and agile deliveries
  • Work in close collaboration with other teams on the SAP platform (70+ teams), Cross Product Coordinators and ECOM Release team

We also believe that you have:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in the SAP landscape
  • Knowledge on the SAP landscape set up, environments and systems
  • Experience from delivering larger cross functional SAP initiatives
  • Experience in leading a cross functional team
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”

It is beneficial if you have previous experience within:

  • SAP supply chain
  • Release management
