Our Online team in Borås are responsible for the running of the online channels and brands, alongside supporting our customer service departments and warehouses within the online business.

Business Units & Assortment Support & Development is a Head Office function at H&M Brand which strategically & operationally supports the Business Units (Womenswear, Menswear, Divided, Kids and Lifestyle; H&M Beauty, H&M Sport and H&M Home) in current & future ways of working, to enable an inspiring and industry leading customer offer.

Job Description

Product Enricher is an administrative role that plays an important part in the omnichannel customer experience and the mission to maximize the sales. The main work task of the product enricher is to ensure that the products we sell Online at hm.com as well as other channels and markets places are enriched with commercial and legal information at the right time. We work closely with other commercial functions within Design & Buying, Brand & Marketing and other parts of the organization. You will also be able to work to find improvements, more efficient processes and find new collaborations in the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Enrich our products with commercial and legal information to be able to have them sellable online at hm.com and other channels and market places globally
  • Secure that products are placed in the right category in the systems
  • Problem solving trying to find root cause issues affecting product information flow in the systems
  • Metadata enrichment of assets (made in DAM)
  • Create campaign production briefs, making sure that the correct products are connected and enriched when a new campaign goes live

We also believe that you have:

  • Previous experience from administrative work tasks
  • System skills and experience working in Microsoft Office
  • Interest for fashion and clothing, familiar with common attributes of clothes; ex different sleeve styles, collar styles, neckline styles & clothing styles
  • Comfortable taking big ownership of the processes in your role
  • Ambitious with a flexible attitude
  • Have a strong eye for details
  • Curious mindset and wanting to learn
  • Experience from inRIver PIM or similar product information management systems and e-commerce is an advantage (but not a requirement), and curious to learn more about these systems

Additional Information
