Job Description

You will be part of a HR team consisting of a HR-Manager, HRBP, HR-generalist and Administration. We have a passion for business and support an organization of 400 employees and 50 leaders. We work close to our leaders and together secure that we run the right people activities to support our business goals. These activities will have particular focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement to integrate our culture & values into our everyday working. We believe in constant improvement and always review our own way of working; how to adapt and execute even stronger into the business.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • You will support our leaders on both strategical & operational level with all aspect of HR and drive the people agenda within your designated departments.
  • Ownership and operational delivery of HR processes (Performance Management, Salary revision, Recruitment).
  • Being part of and/or driving HR initiatives and project, ensuring successful implementation across the organization.
  • Gather insights and initiate new projects to improve work relations, productivity and engagement.
  • Labor law topics and Union negotiations.
  • Establish a trusted partnership with our leaders using your energy, HR expertise and business knowledge.

  • Excellent service delivery and ability to build trusted relationships with both managers and employees
  • Experience of recruitment is meritive
  • Hold basic knowledge of local labour law and up to date on new legislation
  • Ability to communicate in simple and engaging ways
  • Experience of a HRBP role or corresponding, preferable in an international environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
