The Product Team – Digital Product Data Carriers  
This is your chance to join an innovative, hands-on product team which connects to the core of our company strategy: To become our industry’s most impactful ecosystem. Our mission is to introduce modern technology in/on all our products to enable data transparency, process efficiency, inventory accuracy and item level traceability across the supply chain for H&M Group. We develop, rollout and maintain data carriers such as RFID, 2D Datamatrix and QR as well as future carrier technology. Data Carrier Technology is rapidly developing and generates detailed insights into our supply chain and customer journey. 

What you will do as a Business Expert  
As a Business Expert you will be at the center of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and business stakeholders, to make sure that the business processes & tech is working hand in hand. You will be part of a multi competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value through all phases of the development lifecycle, from idea and analysis to working solutions. Furthermore, you will:  

• Contribute with business expertise on production processes related to labels and tags and/or data carrier technology  
• Together with the product team, define strategic vision, create product roadmap based on deep understanding of product development and industry standards  
• Develop and test hypotheses to explain both macro and micro trends and opportunities for business stakeholders  
• Develop a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators  
• Support the product team through store visits, supplier visits, hands-on testing, collecting and presenting customer feedback and follow up results.

You take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments. We believe you have: 

• Previous experience working with data carrier technology (RFID, 2D, QR, NFC)  
• Previous experience of production and/or supply chain operations, preferably within the retail industry  
• Strong presentation skills and you are perceived as a thought leader within the area  
• Great communication skills, both written and oral, in English  
• Experience from working according to agile principles is beneficial
