Would you like to work with commercial copy and translations to increase customer relevance in a global e-com landscape? Or in other words, do you have a genuine passion for e-com localization?

We are looking for a new team member to our Local Site Language team in the Customer Domain, supporting H&M Group with translations. Now we are starting up a new position, a Solution analyst (Business Expert in internal terms) that will drive and develop relevancy for our customers by implementing more languages. It is multi brand, cross functional and in a global context. Sound great right!

In the context of great teamwork with other Business Tech teams and stakeholders at our brands you will drive localization, especially adding translations to our sites and applications. You will:

• Be an expert on our translation flows, addressing User interface translations on site, translation of product information, how to conduct the translation of commercial copy in the most efficient way, making translation of SEO available cross functional for all brands, to mention a few.
• Drive cross brand projects adding local languages to sites. Implement business changes, hold trainings, knowledge share and support our end users and other stakeholders in the organization with interest of our data.
• Collaborating daily with stakeholders and other product teams at Business Tech to find the best solution for the need or opportunity we want to solve.

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with extensive business knowledge and tech-understanding. Preferably experience from large agile organization.
•    Experience of working with translations of; user interface copy, product marketing communication and/or other commercial communication such as SEO optimization at big scale. 
•    Knowledge in Terminology management, the process of providing guidance on word choice to authors and translators.
•    Understanding of what it means to successfully communicate to a lot of stakeholders, internally and externally.
•    Experience of driving complicated initiatives with a lot of dependencies and stakeholders.
•    Academic degree in a relevant field.
•    Ability to inspire and a curious mindset.

This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. We expect candidate to be present in Stockholm and be able to come to office 1-2 times a week.
