We are now looking for a Business Expert in the Applications and Packaging Product Team. The team deliver modern design & standard applications and handle all application packaging to empower our colleagues across the globe. As a Business Expert you will, in collaboration with your team, improve the products and function and act as the bridge between the business and tech team. You will also be involved in making sure we understand our key stakeholders and our product meets their needs. 

Responsibilities 
As a Business Expert you’ll work with communication and training material for our applications used by H&M Groups creative workers (designers, marketers etc.) and office users. You will create presentations, hold trainings and act as one of the spokes persons for the team. As a Business Expert you will support the Product Owner in developing a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators. You will work together with the team to create material about our applications journey such as Adobe Creative Cloud Applications and Figma. You will collaborate with different stakeholders from several teams globally and have a dynamic and creative work environment where we as a team work together. Some of your daily work will include:  

• Content Creation of training and communication material in different format, e.g., PPT, SharePoint, Videos, Email, Webinars, Newsletters etc.
• Have a holistic view of how the solution adds value and ties into the defined business outcomes
• Act as a partner to the product team and cross teams and help them derive actionable insights and product requirements Support other organizational units within the area with communication & collaboration material 
• Understand our stakeholders/ Colleagues to meet their requirements and provide them with the best available solution
• Identify and share best practices with other teams as well as produce necessary documentation
• Develop a deep understanding of existing business within the area using data and user insights 

Who are you?  
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have excellent communication and presentation skills. We believe you are creative, dynamic, collaborative, and curious with previous experience from working in big organizations, maybe in a role as Project Manager or Management Consultant. You have previous experience from working with M365 and with offshoring and outsourcing partners. It is qualifying and valuable if you have previous experience working in retail and in an agile, cross functional environment. Furthermore, we believe you have:  

•  Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, AfterEffects)
• Knowledge in Adobe Document Cloud services and UX/EX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Marvel, XD)
• Experience in working with Jira/ and or ServiceNow
