Marketing & Communication at H&M
Marketing & Communication is a global department exists of 450 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm and support all 72 markets around the world. The department has the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally when it comes to brand awareness, attraction and loyalty. The department constantly drives change making sure that H&M’s communication is customer oriented, relevant and aligned with our brand DNA.

We are now looking for an experienced Account Production Manager for our cross-functional Woman account team.

Job Description

As Account Production Manager for our Women account team, you are accountable the all phases of the project; pre-production, production and post-production.  Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Break down project brief and build a clear and actionable time plan for each delivery
  • Communicate to ensure team and supplier are aligned on time and plan deliverables
  • Manage production of deliverables to ensure on time, on budget on brief delivery
  • Source and manage suppliers involved in the production
  • Plan and manage production budget
  • Collaborate with team to ensure objectives are realized
  • Clear and timely handover of project deliverables to Fulfilment team or other recipients
  • Challenge the status quo to ensure optimized productions and cost consciousness

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe that you enjoy challenging current way of working, learning new ways of doing things and are not afraid to take on new challenges. You have great communication and team collaboration skills. You are good at energizing the team spirit works. We also believe that you have:

  • Minimum 5 years from production management, agency or client side
  • Knowledge of all disciplines within marketing and communications
  • Cost conscious, experience to plan and manage production budget
  • Ability to deliver on omnichannel solutions
  • A creative personality
  • Familiar with relevant production management software and communications tool
  • Experience within social media and/or digital marketing is desirable
