The Competence Lead role has a dual focus – staff responsibility and being part of the Product Areas’ daily work. As a Competence Lead, you will have staff responsibility for employees within the same/adjacent competence as your own. Your staff responsibility covers different Product Teams and tasks include building a team of business experts, development conversations, salary review and to support your team members growth. 

By being a person interested in tech, forecasts, supply chain and the customer experience, you will find this position exciting. 

• You will be part of a multi competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value. 
• You together with the product team, will drive the tech agenda to take allocation to the next step, based on deep understanding of the product flow/availability and the potentials for the future. 
• You will have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, to make sure that process & tech is working hand in hand. 
• You will secure progress, explain, anchor and secure the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximize business impact, benefit and effects. 

Your placement will be in Stockholm. Your manager will be Jeffrey Hou – Business area Manager within Allocation Precision

Hence, to make a difference for our allocation precision teams you need to be able to transform this into tangible actions in a keep it simple way. 

• You have at least 1-2 years previous experience in any of: 

o Retail Merchandising

o Online Merchandising 

o Logistics operations / planning 

o AI/AA development or integration 

o Retail sales / demand forecasting 

• You have experience of formal/informal leadership. 
• You are a team builder & motivator 
• You are strategic, analytical and fast in understanding and execution 
• You have strong communication & presentation skills
