Job Description

As a member of the Global Employer Branding team, you will closely collaborate with colleagues in the Global Talent Acquisition organization to identify branding challenges and find innovative ways to attract tech talent, as well as create content for storytelling and ensure digital channels internally and externally are competitive and enticing. In partnership with your Global Employer Branding team, you will set campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of H&M Group as a tech employer. You will share our H&M Group story - who we are, the journey we are on and where we are going - in the best possible way. 

This position is based in Secaucus, NJ or New York, New York within our Global Business Tech function and reports to our People Experience Partner for the Americas, with a dotted line reporting into Global Employer Branding Team for H&M Group Business Tech. 

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to: 

  • Build and promote employer brand and H&M Group values to employees and candidates within tech. 

  • Plan, arrange and execute marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation 

  • Work with a broad variety of channels with a range of internal and external strategic employer branding communication plans/activities. The content will be related to employee experience, company culture, diversity, perks, and recruiting  

  • Cooperate with other organizational areas to identify and deliver company initiatives across Business Tech globally 

  • Assist in planning for and managing employer branding events for tech talents 

  • Partner with H&M Group global employer branding team on digital-, social- and traditional media initiatives, video and events. 

  • Provide a local market view to the global employer branding team for future global planning 

  • Define KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns 

  • Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies 

  • Be in the forefront of the talent market research to be the best Tech employer.  

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of Employer Branding and/or Talent Acquisition experience preferred  

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Talent Solution 

  • Experience working with varying job boards and career fairs 

  • Ability to drive end-to-end Employer Branding activities 

  • Strong brand ambassador with strong storytelling and advocacy experience  

  • Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting and Employer Brand environment with the ability to take own initiatives 

  • Ability to continuously improve the way we discover and hire business tech talents 

  • Flexible mind-set 

  • Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working 

  • Ability to coach and guide the organization within the employer branding area
