We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team and drive the people agenda for selected functions within the Supply Chain organization, all based in Sweden but with a global scope, as well as driving people projects contributing to our future HR.

Job Description

You will be part of a HR team consisting of a HR Manager and a HR Generalist. Our team was recently established, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to how we operate and partner with our organizations in the best possible way. We work closely together in our HR Supply Chain Community and you will have many more driven colleagues to interact with.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Capturing and translating business needs into people needs in order to successfully implement, drive and coordinate HR processes, solutions and activities.
  • Drive and develop the people agenda in close partnership with business management teams and engage relevant HR colleagues in collaboration to create value for the business.
  • Act as trusted advisor for leaders and enable them to unleash the people engagement in their areas of responsibility by coaching, sparring and driving leadership development activities.
  • You will take an active part in contributing to our future HR by both participating in and leading projects and initiatives part of our Supply Chain People Compass.
  • Close collaboration with our Communities of Expertise will be required.

Qualifications

You are a skilled HR professional who have big ideas how the role of HR can make a difference for our business and work to bring them to life. You have a strong ability to build networks, trust and champion change activities. We believe you have excellent problem-solving skills where you turn challenges to opportunities and have high learning agility.

In order to be a successful HR Business Partner, we also think that you:

  • Have a professional education in Human Resources Management, Business Management or similar
  • Have solid HR Business Partner experience with good knowledge within Swedish labor law, union negotiations as well as work environment
  • Proven ability to partner, influence and advise leaders to improve leadership and performance
  • Have knowledge and experience in leading projects
  • Can communicate plans and articulate your ideas with stakeholders at all levels
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
