We at H&M Group are looking for Security Software Engineer with Warehouse Security background to join the Customer Fulfilment domain where, we create business growth, new opportunities, and delight consumers by developing & capitalizing on our logistics & supply chain network as well as new eco-systems

You will be part of the Product Area Partner Connectivity that you will belong to is responsible for fulfilling customer deliveries through a flexible and sustainable partner ecosystem and you will work in close collaboration with our partners and internal stakeholders all over the world.

Product team: We empower product teams within Customer Fulfilment with security and integration competence. The team help other products to enable Cloud transition in a seamless and secure way, in line with our tech ambition/strategy.

Work tasks - What work tasks are to be performed?

  • Customer Fulfilment Domain Security Focal Point
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for privacy and security for Industrial IT
  • Develop Security Strategy aligned with domain key objectives
  • Drive execution of prioritized strategic objectives
  • Support sourcing with Security expertise
  • Drive Risk and Threat management in the domain
  • Work with product teams on privacy and security planning and provide assistance through the entire lifecycle to promote privacy and security best practices

Qualifications

Technical Competences  

Minimum 3-year experience in some of the security domains of:

  • IAM, Network Security, Information Security, Governance and Risk Management, DevSecOps
  • Security Architecture and Design, Operations Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Legal Regulations & Investigations       
  • Knowledgeable in ISO27001, NIST, CSA, SoC, OWASP or other security standards and best practices
  • Technical knowledge of Industrial IT Systems, IT Systems and Cloud
  • Ability to perform and train others on common threat modelling frameworks and techniques
  • Experience with industrial networks, network design, OS hardening
  • Experience securing SCADA, PLC, DCS and embedded devices

 Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:

  • Previous work experience with Industrial IT Security

English is Mandatory and Swedish is a Big Plus
