We are now looking for a Website Publisher to join our European regional team based in London. This role will report into the Senior Website Publisher and is offered on a full-time permanent contract.

Since launching in 2007 we have opened stores in over 40 countries worldwide, all in carefully considered locations, applying a design concept that preserves the buildings’ original features whilst creating a modern, contemporary space.

Job Description

•Launch website content updates on time in line with e-commerce communication plan including the launch of commercial activities, price change, promotion code set up

•Daily management of Content Management System, using CSS/HTML code and CMS components to build the planned page designs

•Work within the regional e-commerce team to establish customer journey that drives profitable selling towards set targets and merchandise goals by ensuring the products are fully enriched

•Align workflow with digital marketing channel representatives to secure customer journey

•Collaborate with global e-commerce team for data analysis, SEO, customer experience and website functionality support

•Collaborate with IT teams and developer to plan, test and execute of new developments on COS websites, track errors when there are defects with website system

•Participate in various site optimization projects including CRO, SEO, search and digital expansion assignments

Qualifications

•Sales driven and result oriented

•Excellent planning and organizational skills

•Ability to take initiative to manage and prioritise workload and projects

•Curious and willing to learn

•Proven problem-solving skills

•Preferably experience with CRM systems such as Adobe Marketing Cloud

•Preferably experience of using Google Analytics and/or Core metrics

•Knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO optimization

•Intermediate to advance level in Microsoft Office
