About the role 

We are building Business Tech from scratch and want the most empowering leaders in the technology business to release the power of people, data and technology. As part of our strategy to create a global and collaborative network to make sure that our Business Tech products achieve desired effects in the markets and are relevant for our customers and colleagues in different parts of the world, we are now looking for a customer passionate Business Tech Operations Lead. 

Responsibilities  

As a Business Tech Operations Lead we expect you to work approx. 60% of your time in the role as a Local Product Lead. Local Product Leads are responsible for dedicated Business Tech products and ensure that they are supporting the local operations and have the targeted effects on our business within the markets. To be successful in the role, you have the drive to make a difference in Business Tech. You have a growth mindset and a solid understanding of the business operational side. With your outstanding product and local market expertise, as well as providing an inspiring leadership to promote and enable well-functioning autonomous teams, you will play an important role setting the foundation for the future Business Tech organisation in our countries and its capabilities within your dedicated markets. Furthermore you will:  

• Represent the link between the business objectives of the country and the core technological capabilities required to reach them 

• Ensure that our business tech products are supporting the operations and have the targeted effects on our business within the country 

• Responsible for securing country budget, resources, communication & training for tech product implementation and maintenance 

• Staff manager for the country business tech team consisting of Local Product Leads, Service Owners and Site & Field Support.

• Have the ability to identify, develop, lead, coach and promote business tech talents 

• Know how to influence decision makers and manage stakeholder in order to achieve Business Tech mission in country 

• Understand local customer and business needs and understand impact on products and services 

• Understand and express the connections between larger business tech goals and country roadmap 

• Are a skilled communicator with experience of bringing together multiple business partners, both internal and external to execute on a common mission
