As a SAP SuccessFactors Application Expert, you will be a part of the Colleague Lifecycle area within H&M Business Tech. This area provides efficient tools to plan, attract and retain the best colleagues for current & future needs by providing experience based innovative & sustainable tech ecosystems. In the product team Colleague Management you will work with supporting our HR core solutions and provide one global H&M Group organizational structure and governance by planning, driving, executing and implementing activities related to SAP SuccessFactors EC.  

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of the whole chain from build an optimize the solution to enable its integration and maintain it. Through your agile way of working you will take end-to-end responsibility for development, operations, and implementations. You will provide your relevant technical expertise and drive SAP SuccessFactors EC related activities, as well as translate the business requirements into solution design. Furthermore, you will: 

• Propose best practices and solution alternatives in regard to process design and the system solution design
• Perform system configuration and test per the approved solution design
• Improve the Global Template (via Stories and enhancements)
• Release management and handling
• Work with operational support
• Handle incidents and development requests  

It is also possible to join as a Competence Lead. The role has a dual focus including both staff responsibility for employees within a competence area, as well as contributing as a SAP SuccessFactors Application Expert within your product team. As a competence lead you are a key enabler of the agile way of working, ensuring that employees have the best possible circumstances to develop and grow. Through your own deliveries you keep a connection with the ongoing business to remain a relevant speaking partner to the employees. 

Who are you 

We believe you have knowledge in SuccessFactors best practice, pros and cons with different HR set ups, and different job roles. With your flexible, yet structured mindset you are adaptable to H&M’s tools and working environment. Your strong communication skills make you a great team player and you are excellent at managing deliverables. You have extensive verbal communication and documentation capacity in English. Furthermore, you have: 

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration certified
• Experience from working with SAP SuccessFactors EC and RBP’s
• Good understanding of design concepts, principles and SuccessFactors guidelines
• SAP or SuccessFactors implementation knowledge/experience
• Integration knowledge (CPI)
• SAP Support Portal experience
• Strong knowledge of office-related automation tools: PC, word processing, spreadsheet etc.  

It is also beneficial if you have: 

• Scrum master experience
• HR implementation experience
• Experience of developing solutions with Opentext and Docusign
• Experience from other SF modules and working in big, global companies
• Experience of working with offshore teams
