SQL Developer to Workforce Planning & Scheduling – Business Tech H&M Group

In this role you will transform large amounts of data into insights and practical tools, making real impact for the company. You will apply different technologies ranging from CDM to SQL databases and integrations running on the Azure platform to help business experts plan and budget the resource needs in stores and warehouses. We aim to give business better understanding and help to leverage the potential of over 150 000 people working at the H&M group.

As a Software Engineer at H&M Group specialized in SQL development you will embark on a journey that will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail and learn. You are an important player in this transformation, and so we believe you are communicative, flexible, stress-resistant and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalized. You have previous experience from working in large companies with many stakeholders, you have worked with distributed teams, with integration platforms and you know how to translate business requirements and visualize technical roadmaps.  

Qualifications
It is essential that you are eager to learn new things. Besides that, you should have been working for a couple of years (3+) with database development. You need to be proficient in T-SQL and stored procedures. You must have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and enjoy working in a team.

  • Agile methodologies
  • Customer Data Management (CDM) - Board International
