As part of this omni transformation journey, we are recruiting the role of E-commerce Site specialist, responsible for UK and Ireland.

Job Description

The E-commerce teams contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and maximized profitable selling by ensuring customer experience and day to day operation for e-commerce in the market. The teams are responsible to drive omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of daily business by executing the best omni customer offer for our customers. Together with the rest of the sales team they will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity.
 
On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as an E-commerce Site Specialist you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and execution of your customer segment in your E-com market
  • Knowing your sales market, customer behaviour, customer expectations and competitor overview by conducting the right research and analysis
  • Align sales goals and execution strategy towards customer base growth
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content interactions and secure customer relevance by optimizing each landing page 
  • Responsible for daily optimization and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance. 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with relevant departments and stakeholders making sure we always test and tweak and send the right commercial message to our customers.
  • Identify customer potentials within full assortment in connection to customer segments and track trends, shifts in spend and customer demand predict.
  • Track and follow up experience KPIs on site and in owned channels such as CTR, BR, viewed availability, shopability in connection to purchase funnel on site

Besides your personality we see that you have:

  • Growth mindset with a passion for salesmanship
  • a University Degree, preferably in Business or Economics
  • Experienced within E-commerce and understand the total digital eco-system and its synergies.   
  • Strong data management skills – analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information, draw conclusions and confident presenting these
  • Sales and web analysis experience including Google Analytics
  • Experience working in and/or consuming reports from AEM, Hybris, Tableau & Power-Bi 

Additional Information

The position is a permanent role based in our Support Office in London, UK on a local contract. You will report to the Head of E-Commerce for UK&IE for the H&M Group.
