Right now, we are looking to connect with talented Junior Designers who want to join us in our assortments within H&M Women's, Men's, Kids and Divided collections as well as our lifestyle brands including H&M Move and H&M Home at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. The H&M Head Office is based in Stockholm, Sweden, where we design and develop our fashion & homeware collections for a wide variety of customers globally. H&M is a dynamic international work culture where the high pace and rapid changes are a natural part of our day.  

In our Junior Fashion Textile Print/Graphic Designer roles, you will be: 

• Assisting the Senior Print Designers designing for one of our concepts within a specific product category in apparel, accessories, footwear, or home products. 

• Collaborating in a strong team which most often includes a Pattern Maker, Designer, Planner, Buyer, Product Developer and Business Controller. 

• Developing print collections sold globally in all the H&M markets and Omni channels. 

• Creating aspirational commercial fashion prints, including repeat, placement, typography, graphic and license prints depending on the product area. 

Who you are: 

• You have a BA qualification in Fashion Textile/Print or Graphic Design or equivalent. 

• You have 1-2 year’s industry experience as a Junior Textile Print/Graphic Designer with a commercial, global mindset and a genuine sense and passion for the latest print trends. 

• You are well-experienced in creating all-over-, repeat-and placement prints, or typography and licensed prints for fashion garments and have excellent illustration and drawing skills. 

• You are fluent and have fast skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. 

• You are fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary) and a strong communicator. 

• You are a strong collaborator and team player. 

• You enjoy fast-paced, ever-changing work and have the capacity to adapt to changes. 

• CLO 3D work experience is merited, but not required.

• Include relevant Portfolio - including mood board and full print design process to final print collections on fashion garments (max 10MB/uploading). Please ensure to include some work that is clearly relatable to the H&M target customer as well as commercial.
