Job Description

With an increasing customer demand, we are currently looking for remote working, full-time Customer Service Agents to join our existing H&M Family for a period of 9 months. This position is available to anyone based within the United Kingdom to apply.

Full Time: 9 month temporary 39-hour contract.

Salary: £9.30 per hour, paid fortnightly

Start date: Friday 22nd October

Location: You will be working with our team of Customer Service Agents in Edinburgh, but your place of work during the 9-month period will be your home address, which must be within the United Kingdom.

Please note, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract term beyond the initial 9-month period, subject to the needs of the business.  Work beyond the initial 9-month term may involve travel to our Edinburgh City Centre Office, or blended working between home and our Edinburgh Office.

Qualifications

Operational hours:
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 9pm and at the weekend between 9am – 6pm. As a result, we would require you to be fully flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week.

We are complying with advice from the government to ensure we can continue working within safe social distancing guidelines when appropriate. This means that applicants must have these capabilities to work from home:

A practical work environment including a comfortable and safe space to work with minimal noise disruption and a table and chair to work from
An internet connection with speeds of at least 200kbps 
A computer which has Windows 10, Mac OS or a Linux operating system
