Job Description

As part of Team Monki, each and every individual has the ability to make a difference to our business, every day, and to put Monki on the map.

As a Business Controller at Monki you are responsible for optimising and improving selling & profitability, doing analysis, setting targets and follow-ups within the Monki collection. You are an informal leader of the department and work closely with the collection manager in order to lead and motivate the team to reach their goals. You will report to the Head of Product Controlling.

To be successful in this role we also believe that: 

  • You have previous experience from a role as Controller, Buyer, Sales merchandiser or similar
  • You have a university degree in business, economics or equivalent
  • You have great analytical skills together with strong business mindset
  • You are curious about finding new ways to analyse and understand our business, to always improve our knowledge
  • You are customer-focused, flexible, open-minded and have a strong will to optimise and drive progress for our business
