Job Description

If so, this could be the role for you. We are now looking for a Digital Coordinator to join our E-Commerce team. 

This role will report into the Head of Digital Experience and is offered on a Full Time, Permanent contract. 

As Digital Coordinator you will support the delivery of online customer experience initiatives through project and resource coordination, research and admin-based tasks. In this role, your work contributes towards the delivery of COS digital experience team strategies which include conversion rate optimisation, VM and customer journey planning, e-commerce expansion and SEO.

What you will do:

  • Responsible to drive and coordinate customer experience enhancing activities for COS Global Digital Experience function according to set objectives. 
  • Constantly aim to improve processes and ways of working for a future fit organisation.
  • Support the Head of Digital Experience to secure customer experience standards for new and existing e-commerce channels; tasks include UAT, setting customer experience guidelines and site content briefs.
  • Participate in website development forums and take subsequent actions such a coordinating content and assets required for developments.
  • Partake in varied tasks that support the delivery of SEO and site search strategies driven by the SEO Specialist; such as research and analysis, administration and creating copy briefs.
  • Coordinate content, information and resources required to deliver CRO and A/B test strategies driven by the CRO Specialist, liaising with regional e-commerce and marketing teams where required.
  • Co-work with varied departments both within COS and the wider group including e-com, marketing, growth and central tech organisation.
  • Collaborate with all functions in the Global E-Commerce team. Contribute to an efficient information workflow and work towards the set long and short-term goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a coordinator role preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Experience working with E-Commerce platforms and CMS.
  • User experience (UX) and customer journey & navigation experience.
  • Experience with web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Visual Analytics)
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects from start to end in line with set objectives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Process driven and customer centric.
  • Strategic thinker and results driven.
